The International Family Animation (presented by Indomie Noodles Australia) is set over two dates with the first one on Sunday 4 June, and the second on Saturday 10 June. Both sessions run from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at The Astor Theatre, St Kilda and the program has been curated by the Director of the Melbourne International Animation Festival, Malcolm Turner.
The showcase is a fantastic collection of new animations drawn from around the world, curated especially for families and kids of all ages. This is a cinema experience of pure imagination, designed to delight children and captivate adults.
With the goal to make this a hugely popular program and as accessible as possible, tickets are only $10 and kids up to age 16 enter for free. There isn’t a better introduction to cinema for the little ones than this gorgeous family-friendly program at Melbourne’s iconic Astor Theatre (with heaps of room to park a pram!).
