M Zacour Playground, Yarraville

We recently found the M Zacour Park playground in Yarraville and little Miss had a quick play to test out the equipment. This playground is part of the M Zacour park which has a large grass area ideal for local sport matches.

The playground consists of one main structure which has climbing spots throughout, a slide which can only be accessed via a steep ladder and through a little house at the top, a monkey bar, more climbing spots and a tube where little ones can hide.

There is also a round swing and lots of seating and green grass opposite the playground for little ones to run on.

This playground I feel is more suitable for older kids rather than little Miss who is 3 and half. Although she still had fun in some spots, I felt the playground was a bit limited. I must mention that getting up to the little house via a ladder was a bit challenging for her. Even though she did get up there and went down the slide, she stopped half way while climbing up the ladder as she was scared and so was I honestly! Something to keep in mind if you visit.

The M Zacour playground is located at 134-160 Anderson Street in Yarraville. There is no shading or toilets at this playground. There is however free parking along Anderson Street.
