Spanning across over 1608m2 of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the BBC Earth Experience is a great family friendly immersive experience across our seven unique continents - no passport required!
We sent our animal loving friends to the family preview of the brand NEW BBC Earth Experience on Sunday 29th October 2023 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and they loved it and sent us these stunning photos (and videos which we will share via socials soon)!
BBC Earth Experience is set up in two areas, the main auditorium is filled with huge projection screens showing a 70 minute long documentary on loop. There are plenty of couches and bean bags to sit and enjoy the presentation and lots of room to move around.
The smaller area has some interactive rooms looking at bugs and sea life.
Visitors will take a majestic 360-degree audio visual journey as they marvel and explore iconic landscapes and connect with mesmerising animals on an epic adventure bringing environments to life.
From fireflies putting on a spectacular light show in North America, to snub nosed monkeys huddling together to stay warm in Asia, and cassowary fathers protecting their tiny chicks in Australia, visitors will get to experience our seven continents in all their glory, like never before.
Attenborough's narration is flawless and ties everything in together so well. Perfect for families and anyone who has grown up with Attenborough on the tv. It’s the best of nostalgia and state of the art technology.
