The heart of Sydney will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland with markets, roving performers, carollers and decorations. More than 40 stalls of locally made gifts, food and produce will offer a magical shopping experience.

Saturday’s festivities will culminate with the arrival of Santa and his reindeer bicycle powered sleigh and the lighting of the Martin Place Christmas tree at 8.30pm.  There’ll also be spectacular fireworks display from city rooftops.
