This April school holidays, join us for Friends of the River, a welcoming family adventure through 23rd Biennale of Sydney: rīvus and into a creative making session. We will start with a tour through the gallery, pausing at artworks along the way to dive into artists' ideas of rivers, wetlands, and their ecosystems. Next, we head to the makers' studio for a creative making session with an MCA Artist Educator. Everyone will be invited to experiment and play with watercolour paints to visually describe a body of water special to you. Each session is 2 hours. More info here.
