Access workshops for children at the Art Gallery of NSW

  • Art Gallery of NSW (map)

These playful and relaxed workshops at the Art Gallery of New South Wales are designed to be accessible for children of all ages living with additional needs. Led by Art Gallery educators, the workshops offer a sensory and tactile experience focused on material exploration and experimentation through art-making. Each of the three workshops highlights a different theme and encourages creative engagement through looking, connecting and physical movement.

All materials and instructions are provided.

The 12pm sessions will be Auslan interpreted. Free Auslan interpretation services are also available for other sessions if booked at least two weeks before the event. Please tell us about your Auslan and accessibility requirements when booking a workshop, using the online booking form.
