  • Review: We were very lucky to attend a great family friendly gig, book reading & book signing for this book in early September with Josh Pyke and Stephen Michael King and Small Fry Rock. This beautiful book is Josh Pyke’s latest picture book and a special one with Josh Pyke’s childrens’ favourite illustrator Stephen Michael King. The gorgeous and bountiful illustrations along with the kind rhyming words make this thoughtful book a mindful read. I thought this was the perfect book for us as the kids are getting older and things get a little more complicated with friends and school where small or big problems can cloud their minds. Reading it to them, it helped put our minds a bit more at ease that next time we are worried, we can share these worries together. A great message that everyone should take on board, adults included.

Love the cute illustration of the dogs basking with a guitar, fitting for Josh Pyke :)
