ANNIE THE MUSICAL (REVIEWED)

  • Synopsis: The beloved tale of Annie has been capturing the hearts of theatregoers around the globe for generations. And now the legendary, joyous and inspiring production returns to Australian stages. The ever-popular Broadway musical Annie will light up Sydney’s Capitol Theatre from March next year in an exciting new production directed by Karen Johnson Mortimer and produced by John Frost for Crossroads Live.

BEETLEJUICE THE MUSICAL (REVIEWED)

  • Synopsis: The brilliantly-bonkers and genius mind behind the cult-sensation soundtrack to Beetlejuice The Musical, is about to bring his own creation to life in a way you’ve never seen before. CATS THE MUSICAL (REVIEWED)

  • Synopsis: On 27 July 1985, a ground-breaking musical production had its Australian Premiere at Theatre Royal Sydney, heralding an era of the British “mega-musical” in Australia. Now, 40 years later, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s record-breaking musical CATS returns to Theatre Royal Sydney to celebrate it’s 40th anniversary, opening in June 2025.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL (REVIEWED)

  • Synopsis: This five-time Tony Award®-winning production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol will return to Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre for a strictly limited 5-week season from 27 November.

    On a winter Christmas Eve, the cold-hearted miser, Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by four ghosts. Transported to worlds past, present, and future, he witnesses what a lifetime of greed and fear could lead to and sees with fresh eyes the possibility of joy and kindness. Can Ebenezer be saved before it’s too late?

ANASTASIA

  • Synopsis: ANASTASIA is a lavish musical for the whole family, transporting audiences from the twilight years of the Imperial rule to the euphoria and exuberance of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman named Anya sets out to discover the mystery of her past.

    Pursued by an army officer determined to silence her, she enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love, and family.

ORPHEUS & EURYDICE

  • Synopsis: Journey to the underworld and back. Gluck’s heartbreaking opera follows the grieving Orpheus into the jaws of Hades to rescue his beloved Eurydice. He must complete his quest without looking back, or lose Eurydice forever.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

  • Synopsis: The cult Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical Little Shop of Horrors is back – bigger, bolder, and hungrier than ever! 

    Step inside Mushnik’s flower shop on Skid Row, in this black comedy musical, where down-on-his-luck Seymour discovers a strange and unusual plant with a taste for more than just plant food. CLUEDO THE PLAY

MY FAIR LADY

  • Synopsis: Celebrating 70 dazzling years since its Broadway debut, Lerner and Loewe’s My Fair Lady returns to the Sydney Opera House. Directed by Julie Andrews, the 2016 revival opened to huge acclaim.  Now a decade on it makes a triumphant homecoming with Karen Johnson Mortimer at the helm.

WHISPERING JACK - THE JOHN FARNHAM MUSICAL

  • Synopsis: John Farnham. King of Pop. Australian hero. The voice of a generation.
