LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Melbourne is revving up for speed season with the arrival of a 3D Brick-built LEGO® F1® car made from 21,717 bricks, 10,000 buildable LEGO® race cars, and 15,000 Minifigure helmets!
The excitement is loading as the attraction gets ready to welcome guests to race, build, and cheer at the exclusive LEGO® F1-themed Build the Thrill event!
From 13 March to 27 April, guests can grab a Pit Pass, pick an F1® team, and build their Minifigure driver before designing a custom LEGO® F1® race car!
With Master Model Builders and a team of Playmakers offering top tips, racers will go wheel to wheel for Pole Position. After beating the pit stop clock, champions can celebrate in style on the Build the Thrill podium!
The fun doesn’t stop there - guests can enjoy interactive challenges, epic photo opportunities, and an exclusive LEGO® F1® display in Miniland!

Entry to the LEGO® F1-themed Build the Thrill event is included in a general admission ticket, but guests are encouraged to act quickly – just like the final laps of an F1® race, this event will speed by in no time! Guests can go BIG and double the family fun with the Melbourne Big Ticket, which gives families access to both SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.
