Join award-winning illustrator and author Anna Walker, in an interactive Story House Workshop, where imagination finds a home.
A story house is a place where creativity lives and stories come alive, where kids can create their own worlds, characters and adventures.
In this workshop, Anna will share the tales behind her collection of handmade story houses, which feature many of her beloved picture book characters. Participants will then have the opportunity to use found and handmade objects to craft their own story house to take home.
This event is funded by the Department of Education Victoria to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge. To join the challenge visit vic.gov.au/PRC.
Presented with Museums Victoria as part of Playbound Festival.
