Markham Reserve - Ashburton
The Markham Reserve is located off Victory Boulevard in Ashburton. This large fully fenced playground is perfect for young and older kids.
The playground has a number of climbing nets, a large see saw, a flying fox, monkey bars, a rotating flower, a springer, large wooden kookaburras as well as five swings for kids and babies and the list goes on!
Tips:
- Bring sunscreen and a hat for your little ones as there is minimal shade
- Bring a picnic, snacks and water bottle
- Bring a ball or cricket set to play on the nearby grass area
- There is a walking and cycling path around the playground so grab the little one's scooter or bike
