Designed for preschool aged children and their carers, the sessions are run by qualified yoga instructor Danielle (Dee Dee) Connor of Yoga Budz.

Dee Dee energetically introduces young children to various Yoga poses and movements in a fun and age appropriate way. Children’s Yoga is not only a great form of exercise and relaxation, but is also super cute to watch. Kids will love acting like animals, telling stories with their movements, and moving their bodies into a mix of serene and dynamic positions.

There are 2 free half hour sessions running each Friday morning at 10:30am – 11:00am and 11:30am – 12:00pm. All mats are provided and no bookings are necessary. On days of poor weather sessions are held in the front foyer of Monkey Baa Theatre.
