Butterbox Cafe Long Reef Beach, Collaroy in Sydney - Review
We recently visited the Butterbox Cafe Long Reef Beach after a walk along Long Reef Golf Club which is one of our favourite walks to do with the kids and the puppy.
The Butterbox Cafe Long Reef Beach opened in July 2023 and I can’t believe we haven’t visited yet! Part of the Long Reef Surf Life Saving Club, this café is popular amongst walkers, surfers, beachgoers and surf life savers. They have plenty of seating options outside as well as nearby amenities such as showers and toilets. The café has high chairs available and is pram, wheelchair and dog friendly (outside only).
The café has indoor and outdoor dining areas and you can order food to have outside or takeaway at the kiosk. The menu has lots of great options including kid menu options.
It was mid morning when we visited after our walk so we opted for some ice creams from the kiosk, a juice and Miss tried their Açai bowl with peanut butter, coconut, fruit and a frozen banana bit covered in chocolate and coconut sprinkle. Miss loved her Açai bowl and the banana was delicious. You can also buy the frozen banana at the kiosk as an ice cream option for $3.
We really enjoyed the vibe and the food options at Butterbox Cafe and can’t wait to come back and try some more! This visit was self funded.
