From Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 October, the Free From + Allergy Show will transform the International Convention & Exhibition Centre into a sprawling wonderland of the latest and greatest food, beauty, and lifestyle products and services for Aussies seeking a healthier lifestyle or managing allergy, dietary preferences, restrictions, or intolerances.
From vegan to gluten free, FODMAP, dairy free, and beyond, the Show’s program has everyone covered.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Kids Zone: fairy face painting (free of top 10 allergens), a sensory play station with Emily from Gluten Free Kids, story time with author Jackie Nevard and gluten free games
Live cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs, making delicious free-from recipes and new recipes
Learning Theatre will host educational daily talks from industry experts including Olivia Jackson, Alexx Stuart, Eddie Woo, and more + Jackie Nevard from My Food Allergy Friends will be teaching kids to become food allergy SMART
