Thank you for showing interest in, and a special thank you to those who bought tickets to attend The Christmas Portal, Sydney’s most magical real world Christmas experience. Despite years of detailed planning to build something truly wonderful, we deeply regret that due to the current cost of living crisis The Christmas Portal will be postponed this year. We understand the disappointment and confusion this may cause and we are saddened that Sydney will miss out on the most high quality Christmas adventure in the market. Updates regarding rescheduling will be communicated as soon as possible. In the mean-time we are refunding all tickets, invitations and Kringle vouchers plus bookings fees via the original method of payment. We will be in touch with all ticket holders by via email with refund information by 23 Oct 2024

Unlock the magic of Christmas with the joy of Santa and the wonder of snow play. Over 2 - 3 hours you will interact with unique characters, sing and dance your way on a path packed with delight.

Help save Christmas by building a toy in Santa’s toy factory
Make snow angels in the peppermint forest
See the big man himself at the Santa pantomime show
Learn the elf dance, spin and twirl at the tinsel jingle disco

Jump and play in the snow castle
Interact with the magical characters of Santa’s village
Visit Santa in his headquarters for a special interaction where you can take photos
