Join us on Sat 15 Jun 2024 for our Winter Seasonal Market. To bring in the cooler weather and all things winter, we will be hosting a special market featuring the best new seasonal produce, a live cooking demonstration and kids workshop.
Workshops on the day:
Cooking Demo: Shaun and Shiranie Christie-David, Plate It Forward 10-10.45am
In a live demonstration hosted by SBS Food’s Farah Celjo, Shaun Christie-David and his mother, Shiranie, will share the Colombo Social recipe for 'Amma’s (Mum’s) Dhal’ in a celebration of Sri Lankan cuisine and culture.
Kids Workshop: Dino Hand-Puppet Workshop with Erth 9-10.30am and 11am-12.30pm
Join Erth for a roaring great workshop, where participants will get to make their own dino hand-puppets. Recommended for ages 5+, and a parent or guardian must be present. The workshop is free, but places are limited, please register with Carriageworks’ friendly staff on the day.
