Family Space: Light Lab at the MCA Australia

OUR REVIEW HERE AND HERE!

FREE kids installation at @mca_australia on weekends and every day during Spring school holidays in conjunction with the Hiroshi Sugimoto: Time Machine exhibition (which will cover soon). The kids loved the Family Space: Light Lab last weekend. They had a go at lots of art activities inspired by Hiroshi Sugimoto’s Opticks series of photographs. The highlight for them was creating their own kaleidoscope with the mirrors and bits & pieces on hand. Lots of fun and great photos & videos out of the different setups they put together. Mister was all about the city and polo bears while Miss loved the little coloured tokens and the light torch 🔦
