Kids drop-in workshop: City shapes and skylines at the Art Gallery of NSW

  • Art Gallery of NSW (map)

Lubna Chowdhary’s Certain times I–V 2019, on display in Naala Badu on lower level 1 in Making Worlds, recalls her childhood memories and experiences of living in and visiting different places. Chowdhary’s ceramic tableaus combine industrial shapes, symmetry and texture to suggest futuristic cities and skylines.

Join this kids workshop and create your own city shapes and skylines using different types of card and textures. Explore scale, symmetry and harmonious colours to make a mini tableau that recalls your favourite place or dream destination.
