Snow Time in the Garden returns to Hunter Valley Gardens from 28 June to 27 July 2025, bringing winter magic to the Hunter Valley.
From icy adventures to delicious food and exciting rides*, there’s something for everyone at this much-loved annual event. Whether you’re building snowmen, racing down icy slides or gliding across a real ice rink, Snow Time is your ultimate winter day out!

Times: Gardens open at 9am till 5pm – Last entry at 4pm.
Snow Time activities from 9:30am to 4:30pm – Last entry for Snow Time activities 3pm.
