Development session with artist HOSSEI
Help us make a new space for creativity and play!
Sydney Opera House has invited installation and performance artist HOSSEI to develop a new Play Space for kids and families and we need your help! HOSSEI will lead a 45 min sensory rich session experimenting with costume, installation, and sound.
This is an exciting opportunity for you and your child to be involved in the first stage development of a new Play Space that will be presented in the Centre for Creativity in 2026 and beyond.
What to expect
Each session is limited to 10 children and their carers.
The session is hands on and will involve different kinds of play, including but not limited to: Costume or fabric play; sound or instrument play and interaction with 3D objects. Both children and adults will be invited to participate.
This is a first stage development which means ideas and items being used in the session are being tested and will not be in a finished format.
A photographer will be present during the 10:30am workshop on Tuesday 30 September and you will be supplied with an image consent form if you are attending this session.
