SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre will be hosting low sensory mornings in conjunction with Autism Awareness Day.
Both attractions will have reduced light and sound, quiet spaces and specially trained staff on hand along with a reduced capacity to ensure all guests with sensory needs get to experience the attraction in an environment tailored to their needs.
The Sensory Sessions will run between 8:30am-9:30am at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium on Saturday 1 April and at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre on Sunday 2 April. Upcoming sensory-friendly mornings will be held on Saturday 17 June, Saturday 9 September or Saturday 2 December.
Discounted tickets are available to purchase online with carers getting free entry with a valid carers card. Go BIG and double the family fun with the discounted Melbourne Big Ticket, which gives access to both SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Sensory Sessions.
Guests to SEA LIFE Melbourne can discover a range of marine and freshwater creatures including sub-Antarctic penguins, a saltwater crocodile, thousands of fish species and more!
