What is an object that is important to you? Perhaps it is something that has been passed down from a family member? Or something that has been made lovingly by hand?
In this drop-in workshop you are invited to create your own ‘whimsy’ based on the work of Choctaw-Cherokee artist Jeffrey Gibson. Starting with an outline of your special object, you can then use pattern, materials, texture, colour and text to decorate it.
